Three small things, made for this page
We make many kinds of product, so instead of telling you, here are three: one to play, one to make and one to use. Each runs in your browser, sends nothing anywhere and keeps nothing.

Twenty-five lights
Pressing a light flips it and the four beside it. Turn every light off. Every puzzle can be solved, and the hint shows a move that gets you closer. Arrow keys move between lights; Enter presses one.

A maze for the printer
Pick the paper and the size, and get a maze that is one route from the top left to the bottom right, with a number you can reuse. Print it, or download it as an SVG sized to the page in millimetres.

03Use
How many pixels does a print need?
Choose a paper and a resolution to see the pixel size an image needs. Or enter an image’s pixels to see how large it can print, and which papers it covers.
Results are rounded to the nearest pixel. Sizes and the inch come from the sources below.
This converts between pixels and print size and needs JavaScript, which is off or unavailable in your browser. The rule it uses: pixels = inches × pixels per inch, and one inch is exactly 25.4 mm.
- One inch is 25.4 millimetres exactly: NIST Special Publication 811, Appendix B.8, conversion factors (nist.gov/pml/special-publication-811).
- A3, A4 and A5: ISO 216:2007, writing paper and certain classes of printed matter, trimmed sizes, A and B series. A0 is one square metre, each size halves the long side, rounded down to the millimetre.
- US Letter (8.5 by 11 inches) and US Legal (8.5 by 14 inches): ANSI/ASME Y14.1.
